Don McKee from the “Philadelphia Inquirer, Rick Woelfel from the Bucks Courier Times / Daily Intelligencer, and Matthew De George from the Delco Daily Times were instrumental in forming the awards and getting them to print at the end of every season, and to this day, Rick continues the timeless tradition.
