NPIH Knight of the Year Research

This prestigious award made its debut in 2013.
The Knight of the year will be awarded to the player in our organization who epitomizes the ideal role model within North Penn Ice Hockey. This award will be viewed as the ultimate achievement for any player to attain. North Penn Ice Hockey prides itself on strong values, ethics and integrity. Without these values being followed the reputation of the club and our standing in the hockey community deteriorates. Our objective with this award is to recognize a single player who stood out this past season and who has conducted themselves in a manner that further distinguishes North Penn Ice Hockey as an elite program. All players within the North Penn Ice Hockey program should aspire to model their behavior “off” the ice AND performance “on” the ice after this award winner. This player has demonstrated the following characteristics:

Hard work, commitment to excellence, outstanding sportsmanship, discipline, maturity, dedication to their team, leadership & mentoring and a superior performance on ice.
