ICE HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE YEAR – A.J. Drobot

All-Area Team (Bucks County)

FIRST TEAM

Forward: Dylan Cerebe, Holy Ghost Prep, Junior, Centered one of the premier lines in the state. Scored 15 goals and added 23 assists for 38 points while helping the Firebirds to the Class AAA Flyers Cup finals.
Forward: A.J. Drobot, Council Rock South, Freshman, Golden Team Player of the Year had an immediate impact as a freshman with 39 goals and 23 assists and helped his team to the SHSHL National Division regular-season title. Outstanding playmaker as well as a prolific goal scorer. Finished fourth in the SHSHL in regular-season scoring.
Forward: Kyle Walter, Council Rock South, Senior, Centered one of the top lines in the area, scoring 23 goals and adding 21 assists. Also filled a vital leadership role for the Golden Hawks.
Defense: Paul Cloud, Council Rock South, Senior, A mature, steadying influence on the blue line for the Golden Hawks. Also contributed offensively with five goals and seven assists.
Defense: Kevin Kerr, Holy Ghost Prep, Junior, Other hockey commitments limited him to 13 games but Kerr was still a dominant force, delivering 11 goals and 10 assists. A superb skater, puck carrier and playmaker. Expected to play in the USHL next season.
Goaltender: Peyton Jones, Holy Ghost Prep, Junior, Turned in a sparkling 1.82 GAA with a save percentage of .915. Solid fundamental netminder who plays the angles well.

SECOND TEAM

Forward: Kevin Clifton, Holy Ghost Prep, Senior
Forward: Bobby Marlin, Holy Ghost Prep, Senior
Forward: Mike Shander, Council Rock North, Senior
Defense: Mike Heverly, Council Rock North, Senior
Defense: Mike Ufberg, Council Rock South, Junior
Goaltender: Hayden Richards, Council Rock North, Senior
